Today, our headquarters remain in Vilnius, and we've grown with offices across Europe, supported by a team of over 2,000 people.&nbsp;</span></p></div><h2><strong>Information about the position&nbsp;</strong></h2> <p>Pricing &amp; Services sub-domain is part of Vinted Marketplace and focuses on delivering the highest value to our members through pricing, escrow, visibility, and verification services. It shapes how integrated shipping and buyer protection, visibility, and verification services are offered to members, defining the eligibility and applicability of these services, as well as how they are sold and marketed, including branding, communication and pricing. The subdomain also plays a significant role in defining how Vinted invests into growing new markets and categories, ensuring that the investments are efficient.</p> <p>In this role, you’ll join a cross-functional product team and collaborate closely with a Product Manager, Engineering Manager, Designer, and Engineers. You will contribute significantly to defining the strategy of the new monetization streams at Vinted, including their eligibility and pricing. You will also work with the team in developing experimentation plans to validate the strategic direction and measure business impact.</p> <p>This is a dynamic role requiring strategic thinking, strong problem-solving, and the ability to balance multiple tracks at once. You’ll significantly contribute to shaping the strategy of future monetization of the marketplace, while supporting product changes that drive both member value and business impact.</p> <h2><strong>In this position, you’ll&nbsp;</strong></h2> <ul> <li>Partner with your team and stakeholders at Vinted, to define strategy of the monetization streams, provide data-driven recommendations, as well as answer critical business questions.</li> <li>Develop experimentation plans that help the team to validate the strategic direction and understand business impact of implemented features, using statistical methods and visualisation tools.</li> <li>Define, implement, and monitor your team's key performance indicators, proactively flagging issues, running analyses and understanding root causes.</li> <li>Enable your team and direct stakeholders to independently leverage data for business insights v
