It could be the start of something, well, extraordinary.</p> <h2 class="text-text-100 mt-3 -mb-1 text-[1.375rem] font-bold"><br>Sounds great, what will I be doing? 🤔</h2> <p class="font-claude-response-body break-words whitespace-normal">As our Senior Insight Manager you'll lead a team of analysts focused on uncovering data-driven narratives that shape how brands understand and engage their audiences. You'll oversee large-scale reporting projects, transforming GWI's rich datasets into compelling insights, reports, and presentations that surface the unexpected and sharpen client strategy. You'll also partner closely with Revenue teams, contributing to RFPs and proposals to support a strong pipeline of new opportunities.</p> <p class="font-claude-response-body break-words whitespace-normal">A few things you'll be responsible for:</p> <p class="font-claude-response-body break-words whitespace-normal">👉 Lead and develop a team of analysts — overseeing deliverables for accuracy, quality, and efficiency while supporting their growth and development.</p> <p class="font-claude-response-body break-words whitespace-normal">👉 Lead large-scale reporting projects for our biggest clients, surfacing trends and stories that align with their objectives.</p> <p class="font-claude-response-body break-words whitespace-normal">👉 Own RFP and proposal responses to showcase GWI's insight capabilities and support pipeline growth — including running client presentations, meetings, and workshops.</p> <p class="font-claude-response-body break-words whitespace-normal">It's also fun; shaking things up is what working for GWI is all about. You don't have to tick all the boxes right away; the important thing is that you're willing to learn. Here's what the team will be looking for in you:</p> <p class="font-claude-response-body break-words whitespace-normal">👉 Proven experience managing projects and senior client relationships.</p> <p class="font-claude-response-body break-words whitespace-normal">👉 A talent for data storytelling — translating numbers into narratives and surfacing insights that challenge assumptions or reveal something new.</p> <p class="font-claude-response-body break-words whitespace-normal">👉 Exceptional attention to detail and a flair for writing clear, engaging content.</p> <p class="font-claude-response-body break-words whitespace-normal">👉 Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Slides; comfortable running client presentations, workshops, and meetings.</p> <p class="font-claude-response-body break-words whitespace-normal">👉 Demonstrated line management experience, with a track record of developing analysts and man
