<p><span style="font-size: 12pt;"><strong>Overview:</strong></span></p> <p><span style="font-size: 12pt;">The Insights product is an offering for Guidepoint's Institutional investment and corporate clients, that offers teleconferences, surveys, and in-person events. The teleconferences live in a transcript library portal, which covers a wide of industries/topics that enables our clients to make informed decisions. All content features experts from Guidepoint’s proprietary global network and is conceptualized and hosted by former investment professionals (i.e. private equity/hedge fund), sell-side equity research analysts, and industry professionals.</span></p> <p><span style="font-size: 12pt;"><strong>All applicants must have the right to work in the UK.</strong></span></p> <p><span style="font-size: 12pt;"><strong>What You'll Do:</strong></span></p> <ul> <li style="font-size: 12pt; line-height: 1.4;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Monitor single name corporate credit situations in European markets including new issues, distressed, restructuring/re-orgs, and price dislocations in both leveraged loan and high yield markets. Create original, sell-side type content on these topics</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt; line-height: 1.4;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Conduct bottoms-up company research including reviewing earnings releases, reading investor presentations and analyzing regulatory filings</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt; line-height: 1.4;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Moderate teleconferences on timely topics featuring an expert from Guidepoint’s network with the goal of producing actionable insights for buy-side clients</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt; line-height: 1.4;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Generate ideas and follow key investor views among relevant strategies within European credit</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt; line-height: 1.4;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Can be an in-person position or a fully remote work-from-home position</span></li> </ul> <p><span style="font-size: 12pt;"><strong>What You Have:</strong></span></p> <ul> <li style="font-size: 12pt; line-height: 1.4;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Bachelor’s degree or Master’s degree</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt; line-height: 1.4;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">7 years or more of sell-side or buy-side analyst experience</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt; line-height: 1.4;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Follow a bottoms-up, fundamental approach to investment research focusing on individual companies</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt; line-height: 1.4;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Has prior experience covering single name corporate credit across both bank loan and high yield markets with a European focus; must be proficient in corporate credit analysis, with an emphasis on either loan / High Yield or Distressed strategies</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt; line-height: 1.4;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Ability to work in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt; line-height: 1.4;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Outgoing personality with the ability to speak with people at all professional levels</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt; line-height: 1.4;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Intellectual curiosity and desire to learn</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt; line-height: 1.4;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Effective time management and organizational skills</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt; line-height: 1.4;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Demonstrated ability to work both individually and as part of a team</span></li> </ul> <p><span style="font-size: 12pt;"><strong>What We Offer:</strong></span></p> <ul> <li style="font-size: 12pt; line-height: 1.4;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Competitive salary, bonus and benefits</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt; line-height: 1.4;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Excellent medical coverage
