By ensuring every In-Store Decathlonian works in an efficient and adapted environment that seamlessly supports their daily tasks.</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>Your mission</strong></p> <p>In this context, we’re looking for a Senior Product Designer to elevate our digital strategy within the Store Layout domain. As part of a dynamic team, you will shape a digital solution that empowers central teams to deliver international and localized visual assets, while enabling stores to effortlessly manage their in-store communication. Your role is to establish a comprehensive end-to-end user experience connecting merchandisers with store staff, driving more performant store layouts and streamlined daily operations for 80,000+ users across the globe.</p> <p>As a Product Designer, you will join a cross-functional team (Product, Engineering, Business, etc.) and have the responsibility to participate in the discovery process, to continuously improve and develop the new product and to help with the change management.</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>Role &amp; responsibilities</strong></p> <p>As a Senior Product Designer, you will act as a key partner with cross-functional product teams to</p> <ul> <li>influence and enlighten decisions, whether long-term strategy, quarterly roadmaps or day-to-day tactics</li> <li>ensure that we identify and tackle the most relevant opportunities</li> <li>explore &amp; de-risk solutions that are desirable… but also viable and feasible</li> <li>build long-term impact (outcomes) rather than features (outputs)</li> </ul> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>Craft / Core skills</strong></p> <ul> <li>Strategy - Support an holistic vision of "Personal Buying Experience" domain (omnichannel journeys and ecosystems)</li> <li>Problem Discovery - Uncover and refine opportunities through qualitative and/or quantitative research / Map &amp; help prioritize product decisions with Opportunity Solution Trees</li> <li>Solution Discovery - Explore &amp; co-create multiple solutions / Prototype early, iterate often / Design usable interfaces aligned with our design system and accessibility standards (WCAG)</li> <li>Testing - Constantly de-risk the relevance, usability and impact of explored solutions, using the most adapted method (usability tests, A/B tests, surveys, …)</li> </ul> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p>Behaviors / Soft skills</p> <ul> <li>Influence - Work closely and proactively with all expertises (product, business, engineering, etc.) to influence strategies, prioritization and discovery/delivery roadmaps</li> <li>Cross-functional collaboration - Involve your product team and stakeholders throughout your design process, leveraging the right methods and/or storytelling, creating a safe environment for feedbacks</li> <li>Design collaboration - Contribute to elevate the des
