About Hyrovo
Hyrovo is a hiring marketplace that uses AI to do the slow parts of finding work and finding people. Job seekers get matched to open roles, build a CV, and practise interviews out loud. Employers post jobs free, see every applicant ranked against what they asked for, and can have an AI interviewer run the first round.
What Hyrovo does
For job seekers
- Jobs worldwide. Remote and on-site roles in every field. Anyone can read every listing; signed-in seekers see them ranked against their CV, with the reason for each match.
- AI CV builder. Answer a short set of questions and get a formatted CV ($2.00) or a cover letter for a specific role ($1.00), exportable to PDF or Word.
- AI interview practice. A spoken mock interview with Dami based on the job description you paste, followed by a private coaching report. $0.50 per minute.
For employers
- Free job posting and applicant ranking. Every applicant is scored against the role’s requirements, with a breakdown you can read.
- An AI interviewer. Dami runs a structured first-round interview by chat or video and returns a scored report. The first 2 interviews are free, then $0.60 per minute used.
Who Dami is
Dami is the name of Hyrovo’s AI interviewer. It is software, not a person, and we say so wherever it appears. Dami does two different jobs. For employers it conducts first-round interviews and writes a report for the hiring team. For job seekers it runs practice interviews, and those results are private to the seeker and never shown to any employer.
How we work
- You pay for what you use. There are no subscriptions and no unlimited plans. Seekers top up a wallet from $5.00; employers pay per interview minute. A balance does not expire.
- People make the hiring decision. AI ranking and interview reports are evidence for a human reviewer. They can be wrong, and they are not meant to be the only reason anyone is hired or rejected.
- Feedback is honest. Practice reports do not flatter. A question you did not really answer is scored as missed.
- Practice is private. Mock interviews are not part of any application. Live audio and video are processed to run an interview and are not stored as recordings.
- Listings are labelled. Roles gathered from other job sources are marked “Sourced” and you apply on the employer’s own site. Roles posted directly on Hyrovo are applied for here.
Keeping listings genuine
Fake job adverts are a real problem on every job board, so employers cannot post on Hyrovo from a personal email address. An employer must sign up with an address at their company’s own domain and confirm they control it before a job goes live. The “Verified” badge is given only when that confirmed email matches the company’s website and a business registration number has been provided, or after a manual review by our team.
No check is perfect. A genuine employer will never ask you to pay to apply, to buy equipment, or to move a conversation to a private messaging app before an interview. If a listing looks wrong, email support@hyrovo.com and we will look at it.
