Terms & Conditions
These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Hyrovo(the “Platform”). By creating an account or using the Platform, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.
1. Eligibility & accounts
You must be at least 16 years old and able to form a binding contract. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for keeping your login credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account.
2. The service
Hyrovo is a two-sided hiring marketplace. Seekers create profiles and apply to roles; employers post jobs, receive AI-ranked applicants, and may run AI interviews. We provide the tools that connect both sides — we are not a party to any employment relationship and do not guarantee any job, hire, response, or outcome.
3. Acceptable use
- Provide truthful information and do not impersonate others or misrepresent your identity or experience.
- Do not post unlawful, discriminatory, misleading, or fraudulent jobs or content.
- Do not scrape, reverse-engineer, overload, or attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Platform.
- Do not attempt to manipulate AI matching, ranking, or interview integrity checks.
- Employers must use applicant data only for legitimate recruitment for the role applied to.
4. Job seekers — fees
Creating a profile, getting AI-matched, applying to jobs, and interviewing with our AI interviewer are free. AI-written CVs and cover letters are paid features, purchased with credits or a Job Hunt Pass as described on our Pricing page. Credits and passes are non-transferable. Except where required by law, purchases are non-refundable once the AI document has been generated or the pass period has begun.
5. Employers — fees
Posting jobs and receiving AI-ranked applicants are free. AI video interviews are charged on a pay-as-you-go basis from a prepaid wallet at the per-minute rate shown on the Pricing page, after any free interviews included with your account. You are billed for the interview minutes used, capped at the interview length you configure for the role. Wallet top-ups are non-refundable except where required by law. We may change pricing prospectively; changes do not affect minutes already purchased.
6. AI & fair hiring
AI features — matching, ranking, generated documents, and the “Dami” interview and report — are provided as decision-support tools and may contain errors or omissions. They must not be used as the sole basis for any hiring decision. Employers are solely responsible for their hiring decisions and for complying with all applicable employment, equal-opportunity, and anti-discrimination laws.
7. Payments
Payments are processed by our third-party payment provider. You authorise us and the provider to charge the amounts shown at checkout. You are responsible for any taxes that apply to your purchases.
8. Intellectual property & your content
The Platform, its software, and branding are owned by Hyrovo. You retain ownership of the content you submit (such as your CV and job posts). You grant us a licence to host, process, and display that content as needed to operate the Platform, including processing by our AI providers to generate results for you.
9. Termination
You may stop using the Platform and request account deletion at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms or that we reasonably believe pose a risk to the Platform or other users. Unused, non-refundable balances may be forfeited on termination for breach.
10. Disclaimers
The Platform is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that AI outputs will be accurate.
11. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Hyrovo will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for lost profits, data, or opportunities. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Platform will not exceed the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim arose.
12. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify Hyrovo against claims arising from your misuse of the Platform, your content, or your breach of these Terms or of any law.
13. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Disputes will be subject to the courts of that jurisdiction, unless mandatory local law provides otherwise.
14. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Platform after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
